Technicolor DGA0122 / DGA4134 / DGA4135 Router – SIP/VOIP UDP 5060 Port Forwarding

To configure UDP 5060 port forwarding on the Technicolor DGA4134 and DGA4135 routers please carry out the following process:

  • Login to the router using the username admin and password from the bottom of the router.

  • Ensure that the Telephony service is turned ON and edit its settings (changing the Transport Type from UDP to TLS).

  • Navigate to WAN Services and add port forwarding as (Name: SIPSIGNAL / Protocol: UDP / WAN port: 5060 / LAN port: 5060 / destination IP: choose device) and press ADD

  • Close the Wan Service page

  • Turn OFF the Telephony Service
